How does it work?
I charge a set fee per attendee, and you are then open to charge a different fee to your registrants, this is your fundraising!
I will share recommended price ranges depending on the function on further request.

My workshops are 2 hours in length, I will arrive earlier to your venue to set up and then stay after the workshop to help clean down.
Inclusive of the price per attendee I will travel up to 45 minutes from BS48 3ER to run a workshop, any time therefore after will be chargeable.
Yes, when booking in I will request your registered charity number.
Any venue of your choice and booking - as the organiser you will provide the venue. The venue must have hand washing facilities, bathrooms and access to tables and chairs.
Any topic, any theme! When booking in we will work together to confirm what theme the workshop will be, I offer both cupcake and biscuit decorating workshops. These can be tailored to suit special events throughout the year, Mothers day, Diwali, Eid, Christmas Day etc. or anything that maybe specific to your charity.

Yes! I offer a wide range of free from options including dairy free, gluten free, egg free, nut free and vegan. A supplement of £5 per attendee will apply should there be allergies to be catered for. It is important to note my studio is not an allergy free zone and contains all common allergens so it is not possible to guarantee no risk of cross contamination.

Upon booking in I will assist in providing you with branded marketing materials you can promote across your socials, mailing lists, website etc. In the first instance I recommend you promote it across your own audience. If you are struggling for attendees after promoting it, I will then happily assist in promoting across my socials too.
I recommend a maximum of 20 attendees to a workshop, if you are holding a child and adult workshop then this reduces to a maximum of 15 'groups'. There is a minimum number of 7 attendees for the workshops to run, any less and your date would need to be rescheduled so the group has chance to increase and be further promoted.
Yes, once we have booked a date in the diary, a holding deposit of £50 will be payable. This secures you my time and the date! The deposit is non-refundable but it is transferable should you need to change the date.
