Are you looking for a fun filled, festive evening learning how to create the most beautiful of reindeer cakes? Join me for an evening packed full of knowledge, tips, and tricks on how to make the stack, fill and craft a beautifully festive reindeer cake.
What will I learn?
At the end of this course, you will have stacked, filled and decorated a delicious 6in round reindeer cake for you to take home. You will learn:
- How to level, stack and fill a round cake
- How to make a sugar syrup
- How to make American buttercream
- Apply a crumb coat and final coat of buttercream to a cake
- How to pipe buttercream in 3 different styles
- How to decorate a festive reindeer cake
- Recipe card to use at home
- All of my top tips and tricks along the way
The details
- The course is £95 per person.
- The course will take place in my home studio based in Barrow Gurney, Bristol.
- My courses are designed to be intimate and tailored, there will be a maximum of 3 students per class and myself to ensure each student gets ample opportunity to ask questions, learn and develop.
- All ingredients, tools and equipment will be provided along with refreshments during the course.
- No previous experience is required, the course is tailored for beginner and intermediate-level bakers.
- This course can also be tailored for those with dietary requirements, however, please note my kitchen is not a free-from environment and all allergens will be present at the time of the course. It is therefore taken at your own risk.
How do I book on?
Please fill in the booking form (linked on this side of this page) to book in for the class, when your place is confirmed, you will receive email confirmation and an invoice.
A deposit of £50 is taken when booking onto a course. The remaining balance is due no later the 2 weeks before the class. If you would like to pay the remaining balance (once the deposit is paid) in instalments, please let us know so we are able to assist.
